Being a forum that focuses on reenacting Civil War cavalry, we have limited our market share quite a bit, so it's not surprising that things aren't constantly buzing with activity.
We have nearly 40 people signed up as forum members which is actually pretty good. It's a good crowd too. There's bound to be debate, conflict, and differences of opinion or philosophy and that's ok.
This forum is meant to be a communications link and a place to share information. You're not required to meet any one else's standard of authenticity here - BUT - if you post it publically, be prepared to receive any and all opinions about what you posted just as publically.
There will very likely be some heated debates, and things may get ugly. That will be monitored to a point, but I'm not one that thinks heated argument is always a bad thing - within reason.
It's a shame we lost Delphi as a host, but I think their policies were limiting our participation, and their constant changing of those policies were getting on my nerves! While this forum isn't the greatest thing in how it operates, I think it'll do the job.
